Proud to co-author CISL’s new leadership capabilities framework

I feel proud and privileged to be a co-author of CISL's new leadership framework officially launched this week which proposes purpose-led, connected, collaborative, creative, courageous and context-based leadership to achieve a thriving future for all.

The 18 month process of creating these principles and associated mindsets and practices in partnership with Gillian Secrett and Louise Drake was itself a wonderfully generative and generous collaboration. Thank you both and everyone who contributed including Lindsay Hooper and Frances Buckingham.

We're looking forward to the next phase of stress-testing and strengthening the principles to help us grow the leadership that is required for the 21st Century.
